We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use this application.

2. Image Processing

All images you import for batch processing are processed entirely on your device. We do not:

  • Upload your images to any server
  • Store your images on any cloud service
  • Share your images with any third party
  • Use your images for any training or analysis purposes

Your images remain on your device throughout the entire processing workflow. When you save processed images, they are stored locally where you choose on your device.

3. Data Storage

The application stores the following data locally on your device:

  • Processing presets you create (.batchpreset files)
  • Processing scripts (.batchscript files)
  • App settings and preferences
  • Temporary cache data for performance optimization

All data is stored in your device's local storage. You can delete this data at any time by:

  • Using the "Clear Cache" function in Settings
  • Deleting preset files from your device storage
  • Uninstalling the application

4. Permissions Required

The application requires the following permissions to function:

  • Storage / Photo Gallery Access - Required to read images you wish to process and to save processed images to your device. Data flow is local only, no upload.
  • Camera Access (Optional) - Only needed if you choose to take photos directly within the app. You can deny this permission and still use all other features.

Permissions NOT requested: Microphone, Contacts, Location, Phone/SMS

Network Access: NOT required - the application works completely offline. No internet connection is ever needed.

5. Batch Processing Privacy

When you use BatchForge to process multiple images simultaneously:

  • All images are processed one by one locally on your device
  • No batch data is ever transmitted externally
  • Processing queues and settings are stored only on your device
  • Processed images are saved only to locations you specify

6. Watermark and Metadata Privacy

When you add watermarks or modify metadata:

  • Watermarks are applied locally and are permanent
  • EXIF data removal is performed locally on your device
  • No watermark images or metadata are ever transmitted off your device
  • Custom watermarks you upload remain only on your device

7. Third-Party Services

This application does NOT use:

  • Any analytics SDKs or tracking tools
  • Any advertising SDKs
  • Any third-party data collection tools
  • Any cloud processing services
  • Any AI or machine learning services that require data transmission

8. Children's Privacy

Our application does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age. All features are safe for users of all ages as no data collection occurs. BatchForge is designed for general audience use.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the application's Settings panel. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy indicates when the latest changes were made. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

  • Access: You can view all images you have imported for processing
  • Deletion: You can delete all processed images and clear application cache
  • Portability: You can export your processed images and custom presets at any time
  • Opt-out: As we collect no data, there is nothing to opt out of

11. Data Retention

The application does not retain any images after processing unless you choose to save them. Temporary files are deleted when you close the application or clear the cache. Presets and settings remain until you delete them or uninstall the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use BatchForge for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may:

  • Use the application to process images for personal use
  • Save and share your processed images
  • Create and share processing presets
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Use the application for business purposes with appropriate licensing

You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
  • Use the application for any illegal purpose
  • Distribute modified versions of the application
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices
  • Sell presets created with the app for commercial purposes
  • Use the application to process images you do not have rights to modify

3. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The images you import and process using this application
  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights to process and use any images
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Keeping original backups of important images before batch processing
  • Any watermarks or metadata you add to images

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use this application to process content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
  • Depicts illegal activities, violence, or explicit content
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

5. Batch Processing Limitations

The application has the following limitations:

  • Maximum 500 images per batch processing session
  • Individual image size limited by device storage and memory
  • Processing speed depends on device performance
  • Batch processing may be affected by device battery and storage conditions

6. Intellectual Property

Our Intellectual Property: The application's code, design, user interface, logos, and built-in presets are owned by BatchForge. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

Your Intellectual Property: You retain all copyright and ownership rights to the images you process. Custom presets you create belong to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any images. We claim no ownership over your images or custom presets.

7. Watermark Usage Terms

When using watermark features:

  • You are responsible for the content of text watermarks
  • You must have rights to any image watermarks you upload
  • Watermarks are applied permanently and cannot be removed by the application
  • Watermark templates are stored locally on your device only

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

We do not warrant that:

  • The application will function uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any defects will be corrected
  • The application is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The application will meet your specific requirements
  • Batch processing will complete successfully for all images

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATCHFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
  • Damages arising from your use or inability to use the application
  • Loss or corruption of your original images (always keep backups before batch processing)
  • Damage caused by batch processing operations

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BatchForge from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the application
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • The content you process or distribute
  • Your failure to keep backups of original images

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the application immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including:

  • Violation of these Terms of Service
  • Request by law enforcement or government agencies
  • Technical or security issues
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

Upon termination, your rights to use the application will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, and limitation of liability shall survive termination.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms within the application. Your continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
